SSC CHSL Selection Process
The CHSL recruitment of candidates for various posts is done through a definite pattern, following some rules. The entire rule and regulations are detailed below.
-
The candidates need to complete their online application and pay the fee within a given time.
-
On the scheduled date, successfully registered candidates shall download their admit cards from the commission's website and prepare to sit for the online tier I exam.
-
The candidates who pass this objective-based test, are eligible to sit for the tier II descriptive exam, conducted through pen and paper mode. The candidate must obtain at least 33% to get through this phase.
-
The ones who clear the second stage need to appear for a skill or typing efficiency test, which is decided based on posts they have applied for. For final results, the scores of this round aren't taken to account.
-
The marks of the first two tires are calculated, and the final decision is declared on the SSC website.
