DTU Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

First class Master's degree in Business Management/ Administration or first class in Two year full-time PGDM declared equivalent AIU/ Accredited by the AICTE/UGC. |

B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in the relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./ M.Tech. from a recognized University |

Age Limit
Not more than 35 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Application Fee
The application fee will amount to Rs. 1,000/- in the case of UR/OBC candidates and Rs.500/- in the case of EWS/SC/ST category candidates. The application fee will be accepted through Demand Draft.
Salary
The Assistant Professor will be offered a Level-10 Entry Pay of Rs.57,700.
Selection Process
i. The applications received will be scrutinized as per the eligibility criteria as prescribed (in Recruitment Rules and Advertisement) by the University for respective disciplines.
ii. A list of ‘eligible’ and ‘not-eligible’ candidates for the Screening Test will be uploaded on the University website i.e. www.dtu.ac.in.
iii. There shall be a screening test for the post of Assistant Professor (except for those exempted under clause)
iv. The screening test for the post of Assistant Professor will be based on the prescribed syllabus available on the University website.
v. The eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professor will be required to download admit cards from the University website to appear in the screening test.
vi. The date of the Screening Test will be notified on the University website www.dtu.ac.in. The candidates are advised to keep visiting the University website for further updates.
