NABARD Selection Process
NABARD Grade-A Exam is held in three phases.
1: Phase 1, Prelims: This is stage 1 of the NABARD Exam and is based on objective-based questions. This is a screening exam for the applicants. Those who crack this stage are permitted to sit for the mains.
2: Phase 2, mains: The second stage of the NABARD Grade A exam is the mains, consisting of two papers. The candidates who manage to get the minimum marks, as stated by the governing body, are shortlisted. Merit list is finalized, and depending on the ranks, they are called for the final interview round.
3: Interview Round: The shortlisted candidates are called for the final face-off round, which consists of 25 marks. The final merit list is processed on the aggregate of prelims, mains, and interviews. Candidate, with a higher rank in the list, is likely to get recruited.
