NABARD Eligibility
The aspirant willing to sit for the NABARD GRADE A exam for the posts of assistant manager or Rajbhasha, needs to fulfill some primary requirements that are detailed below.
RDBS

Age limit: The candidates need to be between 21 and 30 years of age as of January 2020. There’s age relaxation for different categories of the candidates.

Educational qualification: The general category students need to have 50% marks in their respective subjects. For SC/ST/ PWD candidates, the aggregate needs to be 45%. A bachelor's or equivalent degree and post-graduation in agriculture/soil science/agronomy are recommendable. Specialization in food processing/marketing, business management/IT/agricultural economics, etc. are taken to account as well.
Rajbhasha

Age limit: It is the same as that required for the RDBS post. The candidates should be between 21 and 30 years of age. The age relaxations for different categories remain the same.

Educational qualification: The candidate should pursue his graduation or post-graduation from a reputed university along with Hindi and English as their compulsory electives. They must obtain a minimum of 50% marks. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, passing marks is enough. Additionally, the applicants need to be efficient in English to Hindi translations and vice versa.
Legal Services
Age limit: The aspirant needs to be at least 21 years of age. The maximum age limit needs to be 30 years, with age relaxations being the same in all the categories.
Educational Qualification

The candidate needs a score of at least 50% in their law bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. For SC/ST applicants, the aggregate needs to score 45%.

The candidate must gain at least 45% marks in their LLM. For SC/ST candidates, the aggregate needs to be 40%.
NABARD Selection Process
NABARD Grade-A Exam is held in three phases.
1: Phase 1, Prelims: This is stage 1 of the NABARD Exam and is based on objective-based questions. This is a screening exam for the applicants. Those who crack this stage are permitted to sit for the mains.
2: Phase 2, mains: The second stage of the NABARD Grade A exam is the mains, consisting of two papers. The candidates who manage to get the minimum marks, as stated by the governing body, are shortlisted. Merit list is finalized, and depending on the ranks, they are called for the final interview round.
3: Interview Round: The shortlisted candidates are called for the final face-off round, which consists of 25 marks. The final merit list is processed on the aggregate of prelims, mains, and interviews. Candidate, with a higher rank in the list, is likely to get recruited.
