Accounts Officer | Candidates should be an Inter Chartered Accountant / Inter cost and management Accountant or MBA in Finance. | The candidate should have a minimum of 03 years post qualification experience with an airline. Proficiency is a must in statutory payments like ESIC, PF, welfare fund, Professional Tax, GST, etc. The candidate with working experience in the Aviation industry, preferably in MRO will be given preference. | Up to 30 years as of 1st August 2021 |
Accounts Assistant | The candidate should be a commerce graduate from a recognized university. | Proficiency is a must in statutory payments like ESIC, PF, welfare fund, Professional Tax, GST, etc. A candidate with working experience in an airline would be preferable. | Up to 28 years as of 1st Aug. 2021. |
Chief Security Officer | Candidates should have completed Post graduation with a valid AVSEC instructor certificate. | The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience as an Executive in the airline with an understanding of BCAS requirements. The candidate with working experience in the Aviation industry, preferably in MRO will be given preference. | Maximum 50 years as of 1st August 2021. |
Chief of Personnel | Candidates should have a Full time 02 years Masters's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Personnel Management or its equivalent is Mandatory to apply for this recruitment. |
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in HR. The candidate with working experience in the Aviation industry, preferably in MRO will be given preference. Out of 10 years’ experience, 02 years should be in a senior position. | Maximum 48 years as of 1st August 2021. |
AIESL Recruitment Selection Process
The selection procedure involves a personal interview of the candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria & Pre Employment Medical Examination. The selected candidate will have to bear the cost of Pre Employment Medical Examination and any additional tests if required.
