UPSC CAPF Syllabus
The applicants must have a rough idea regarding the syllabus of CAPF entrance. The details for the written exam constituting two papers are stated below.

UPSC CAPF Selection Process
There is a particular structure that is observed to hire the final list of candidates.

Candidates need to complete their application process and fee payment as early as they can as exam centers are allotted on the first apply-first allotment basis.

Candidates must sit for the online written test consisting of two papers, objective and descriptive.

After getting through the first phase, the applicants are assessed through physical and medical efficiency tests consisting of 100 and 200 meters of race, long jump, and shot put. Time limits are different for male and female candidates. Notably, any pregnant lady can’t take part in the PET test.

The final stage, that is, the interview or personality assessment round, is held in New Delhi, at the premises of New Delhi.

After the last round, the final selection is made.

When two students obtain the same marks, the older one is preferred in the case of a tie.
N.B. The candidates with an NCC certificate (B or C)/are given priority during the final phase.

Is CAPF entrance hard to crack?
The CAPF entrance is a national level competition to get hired as A.C.s in a prestigious post. Due to the extreme competition, it can turn up to be complicated. But the candidates can crack it just with the right preparation and correct methodology. They can solve samples, read books, and appear for many mock tests to prepare well for the exam.
How many times can one attempt to sit for the UPSC CAPF entrance?
There isn’t any restriction on the number of attempts one can make to crack the UPSC CAPF exam. As long as the candidate’s age fits the eligibility criteria, they can choose to opt for this entrance. Upper age relaxations are available too, for reserved category applicants.
Who qualifies for the PET test in CAPF entrance?
The candidates who clear all the written exams are eligible to be called for the physical efficiency and medical examination. The ones who qualify for this phase are shortlisted for the final personality test or interview round.
