UPSC CGS Overview
Combined Geo-Scientist Examination is popularly known as CGS. The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) organizes the Combined Geo-Scientist exam every year at the national level. Union Public Service Commission conducts the CGS exam with a mission to recruit candidates for Chemist & Scientist Group A & B post. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting applications to fill 40 vacancies via Combined Geo-Scientist Examination 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can the exam.
The process of online registration has started from 07 October 2020, and online applications will be received only by 27 October 2020. UPSC CGS Prelims exam will be taken on 21 February 2020 and Mains exam will be taken on 17 & 18 July 2020.
