Age
The aspirants need to be between 20 and 28 years of age to apply for the exam. Certain age relaxations are available for candidates of different categories.

Educational background
The candidates willing to apply for the RBI ASSISTANT exam must have scored at least 50% in their graduation and must know about word processing in Computer. For SC/ST, PWD candidates, they need to have the pass mark in their graduation.
