Nationality
Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualifications
| Senior Consultant | |
| Essential Qualification |
i) Post Graduation in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Social Studies/ Commerce/ Education with qualifications as per UGC Guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry-level. ii) Five years experience in the relevant field. |
| Desirable |
i) 5 years Experience in field of Education Assessment/Survey Activities. ii) Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS and other software used in Data Analysis. iii) Experience of Analysis of data by using Item Response Theory (IRT). iv) Interpretation of IRT output. |
| Data Manager | |
| Essential Qualification |
Post Graduation in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/ Economics/Education/Computer Science/MCA or equivalent with minimum 55% marks ii) 8 Years experience in management of large scale survey data management and data analysis. |
| Desirable | Working knowledge of data analysis software like-SPSS, Bilog, Con-Quest etc. and IRT |
| Consultant | |
| Essential Qualification | Post Graduation in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Social Studies/ Commerce/ Education with qualifications as per UGC Guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry-level. |
| Desirable |

| Web Developer | |
| Essential Qualification |
MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science)/B.E. (Computer Science) ii) PhP, Dot Net, C#.Net, ASP.NET, MySQL, MSSQL, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery iii) At least 3 years experience in web development and website management using any of the technologies in the above mentioned technical skills |
| Desirable | Knowledge in cloud computing, server management on cloud. |
| System Analyst | |
| Essential Qualification | Post Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/ Economics/Education/Computer Science/MCA or equivalent with minimum 55% or equivalent. OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in Computer applications in case of professional fields with 55% marks. |
| Desirable | Working knowledge of SPSS, Bilog and other software of analysts and knowledge of IRT. |
Age Limit
Not more than 65 years.
Note:- Age relaxation as per govt. norms
