IRDA Exam Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants need to meet some benchmarks to be fit for appearing in the Exam. Below mentioned are the certain norms that they need to attain.

Nationality: The aspirant must be an Indian to sit for the IRDA examination.

Educational Qualification: Candidates desiring to sit for the IRDA exam need to satisfy the minimum educational qualification.
Each member must possess a bachelor's degree, i.e., they have to come through the graduation level, achieving at least 60 marks. -
Age Limit: Candidates should necessarily have an age of more than 21 years. Age should not cross the 30 years barrier. Here, age relaxation is considered Category wise.

PWD Candidates – 10 years
The specifications, as mentioned above, are applicable only for Assistant Manager Post. The other obligatory nationality, age, and educational qualification norms will soon be issued on the official portal.
IRDA Exam Selection Process
The governing body has only issued the selection process for the post of Assistant Manager. It involves three stages, where the candidates need to qualify one after another based on aggregate and cut-off marks determined by the IRDA. Check out the specifications mentioned below:

Aspirants successfully registering for the IRDA exam are eligible to sit for stage I, i.e., the Prelims exam.

Applicants showing their efficiency in the prelims exam are qualified for giving the Mains exam, i.e., stage II.

Candidates fulfilling the criteria to pass the Mains exam are qualified for the interview phase.

Based on the candidate’s interview, he or she will achieve the Assistant Manager post.
