Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has altered the examination pattern for the upcoming Class 10th and Class 12th Board Exams 2021. The major changes in the exam pattern would bring a huge relief to the students with a 30% reduced syllabus.
As per the details received by the education board on the new exam pattern, the examination paper will now be divided into objective, subjective and analytical questions. In the new format, the objective section of the question paper shall include Multiple Choice Questions. Also, the questions that require long format answers are scrapped and instead overall length requirement of the answers shall be reduced.
The new format of the question paper is expected to have the following changes:

Almost 30% of the question paper shall include objective type Multiple Choice Questions of 1 mark each. Additionally, there shall be five subjective questions of 3 mark each, the answers for which will be required to be given in 75-100 words. The final part of the question paper shall include six analytical questions of 4 marks each. These questions will be the lengthiest of all and will have to be answered by the students in 125-150 words.
