OPSC Civil Service Recruitment Eligibility
Citizenship
A candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification
A candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from any University incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
He/She must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
Age Limit
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 years as on 1st January 2020, i.e. he/she must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1988 and not later than 1st January 1999.

OPSC Civil Service Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process of the OPSC Civil Service Recruitment is done in three-stage.
1. Preliminary Examination
2. Main Examination
3. Personality Test or Interview
OPSC Civil Service Recruitment Exam Pattern
A. Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination shall consist of two papers of objective type (multiple choice questions) and each paper shall be of 2 hours duration.
Paper-I General Studies 200 Marks
Paper-II General Studies 200 Marks
B. Main Examination
The Main Examination shall consist of the following papers and each paper shall be of 3 hours duration.
Paper-I Odia Language... 300 Marks
Paper-II English... 300 Marks
Paper-III English Essay... 200 Marks
Paper-IV General Studies-I... 300 Marks
Paper-V General Studies-II... 300 Marks
C. Personality Test or Interview
Personality Test or Interview shall carry 250 Marks
