Odisha Civil Service Exam Eligibility
Nationality - All aspirants must be Indian.
Age - OPSC has been decided the candidate age is-
Minimum Age - 21 Years
Maximum Age - 32 Years
Education Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree i.e an undergraduate degree from any recognized University. Also, the student must be able to read, write and speak Odia and must have (anyone)-
1. He/She should have passed in Odia as a Language subject in middle school; or
2. Student In the final examination of Class-VII from a School or Educational Institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government must have passed in Odia as a language subject; or
3. Must have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department of the Government of Odisha, or
4. Passed with Odia as the medium of examination in the non-language subject in HSC or equivalent examination
Odisha Civil Service Exam Selection Process
Applied intenders need to qualify in all the selection rounds to get a job in the Odisha Public Service Commission. The selection rounds are as follows:
1. Preliminary Examination
2. Main Examination
3. Personality Test or Viva Voce Test or Interview
Odisha Civil Service Exam Exam Pattern
OPSC Odisha Civil Service Mains Exam shall consist of 5 papers (compulsory papers) and 4 papers (optional papers) out of which 2 subjects to be selected by the candidate as optional subjects and each paper shall be of three hours.
Each question will be of matriculation standard and shall be qualifying in nature.
