In the prevailing pandemic times, the decision of conducting the CET 2021 EXAM online seems to be a boon for all the central government (non-gazetted) job aspirants and of course for admission in all professional courses at national level.
According to Jitendra Singh, NRA is a multi-tasking autonomous body that will conduct CET exam twice a year in place of prelims exams for all the government departments. A CET will be a single preliminary exam that will be held for GROUP B AND C posts of IBPS, SSC, and RRB agencies. According to Jitendra Singh's statement in the press conference, the CET SCORE will also be used by the public sector undertaking (PSUs) and private organizations for weeding out the non-serious candidates. The scores of this test will be valid for a period of three years.
The most significant feature of this historic reform is to have at least one examination centre in each and every district of the nation. It will be in easy reach to the aspirants in far-flung areas. The main objective of this agency is to provide equal opportunities to each citizen regardless of his /her background, and socioeconomic status. “This will also be a huge benefit for the women and divyaang candidates as well as those who find it financially unaffordable to appear for multiple tests by traveling to multiple exam centres”, the minister said.
