NPS Trust Officer Grade A & B Recruitment Exam Pattern
Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager)-
The composition of paper 1 for Phase I is as under:

| Overall Total | 190 | 200 | 150 |
Phase II (Group Discussion and Interview);
(a) On fulfilling the criteria of minimum cut-off marks, candidates will be shortlisted based on aggregate marks obtained in Phase-I.
(b) The minimum aggregate cut-off marks for being shortlisted for Phase-II of the examination will be decided by NPS Trust in relation to the number of vacancies.
(c) Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for Phase II of the selection process which will consist of Group Discussion and Interview.
(d) Candidates may opt for Group Discussion and Interview either in Hindi or English.
Officer Grade B (Manager)-
The composition of paper 1 for Phase I (on-line examination) is as under:

Phase II (On-Line Examination):
An on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each will be conducted. The papers shall be as follows:

| Paper 2 | General | Multiple choice questions on Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance, Costing, Companies Act, Economics and Pension sector | 100 | 40 minutes |
| Information Technology | Multiple choice questions on Specialized subjects related to the stream. | 100 | 40 minutes |
Phase III (Interview):
Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates may opt for an interview either in Hindi or English.
