Assistant Manager (Information Technology) |
Full time MBA or MCA or M.Tech (Computer Science) or B.E./ B.Tech/AMIE (Computer Science/IT/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications) with not less than 60% marks along with certification |

Junior Manager (Human Resource) |
Two years of full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in HR/Personnel Management with not less than 60% marks. |

DFCCIL Assistant Manager Recruitment Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of the computer-based test is explained in the points below.

The duration of the CBT exam is 2 hours, which is taken in two / three sessions.

The question paper will be MCQ's Type.

There will be a total of 120 questions in the question paper out of which 96 questions will be related to the posts that the applicant has applied. The remaining 24 questions will be based on general aptitude.

There is also a provision for negative marking in the computer-based test. 1/4 (0.25) marks will be deducted on every wrong answer.
