Telangana High Court Exam Eligibility

  1. Age: The minimum and maximum age of the candidate is specified as 23 years and 26 years, respectively.
  2. Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a degree in Law from any recognized university or institution. He must also have minimum of three years of experience as a practicing advocate in any court.
  3. Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India in order to be eligible to sit for Telangana Judicial recruitment. 

Telangana High Court Exam Pattern

All aspiring candidates should have a clear insight about the exam pattern so as to approach the exam with proper planning and strategy. The Telangana High Court Judiciary Exam consists of three stages:

  1. Preliminary exam
  2. Written exam
  3. Viva-voce

The preliminary exam is a computer-based screening test comprising of 100 objective type questions. The time duration of the exam is 2 hours. A candidate must secure a minimum of 40% marks to get shortlisted for the written exam. 

The written exam consists of three papers of the following subjects:

  2. Criminal Law
  3. English

Each paper is of 100 marks consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions.

Candidates securing more than 60% marks in the written exam are eligible to appear for the viva-voce and is conducted for 50 marks.
