Angrau Exam Dates

The important dates pertaining to AGRICET exam for 2020 and 2021 session are as follows:

  1. The online application window to apply for AGRICET exam 2020 shall be open from 6th June 2020 to 30th June 2020.
  2. The AGRICET exam 2020 is scheduled to be held on 21st July 2020.
  3. The online application window for AGRICET 2021 exam shall be open from 1st week of June 2021 to 4th week of June 2021.
  4. The AGRICET exam 2021 is scheduled to be held in the 4th week of July 2021.

      Angrau Exam Eligibility

The official notification released for the AGRICET exam specifies the eligibility norms that a candidate must fulfill in order to sit for the exam. The eligibility norms for AGRICET exam are as follows:

  1. Age: The minimum and maximum age of the candidate should be 17 years and 22 years, respectively. 
  2. Educational Qualification: The candidates should have passed a two-year Diploma in Agriculture/Seed Technology/Organic Farming from ANGRAU. Also, candidates who are about to complete the Diploma in 2018-19 academic year can also apply for the AGRICET exam 2020 by submitting a Completion Certificate.
  3. Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India, in order to be eligible to sit for the exam.

Angrau Exam Pattern

All aspiring candidates should get a clear insight of the exam pattern so as to get a clear idea about the syllabus, subjects, and types of questions to be asked in the examination. 

The AGRICET exam is an objective test with Multiple Choice Questions and shall be conducted in English and Telugu medium. The total time allowed for the AGRICET exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes and the total number of questions to be asked is 120. The exam will be conducted in offline mode that is it will be a pen and paper-based test. There is no provision of negative marking for wrong answers attempted by the candidates.
