Indian Coast Guard Yantrik 2020 Overview
The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) is an Armed Force, Search and Rescue and Maritime Law Enforcement office that secures India's oceanic interests and upholds its sea law, with purview over the regional waters of India, including its bordering zone and restrictive monetary zone. Applications are invited from Male Indian citizens for filling up the posts of Yantrik under the Indian Coast Guard. Yantrik in Indian Coast Guard is a post for diploma holders in various categories such as Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunication, and Electronics. Candidates who want to serve the country by joining the defence forces should apply for the exam.
The official notification of the Indian Coast Guard Yantrik exam was released on February 15, 2020. The notification was released for about 37 yantrik posts. Examinations have been postponed for the time being due to the Covid-19 epidemic. ICG (Indian Coast Guard) will release the exam date very soon as per the latest update. On joining Indian Coast Guard, you will be placed in Basic pay 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ Rs.6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations enforced time-to-time.
