The Bank of Baroda organizes the PO exam annually to hire candidates for the post of Probationary Officer in the Bank under scale 1. The candidates who qualify the exam are admitted to a nine-month PGDM course (banking and finance) in Baroda Manipal School of Banking. After the due period, candidates are placed in the respective firm.
