Research Assistant in Sociology |
Must hold a Master’s Degree in First or Second class with Sociology as Main Subject. |

Must Possess a first class Post-Graduate Degree in Economics or Econometrics or Statistics or Business Administration or Mathematics or Social work or Sociology or Anthropology or Agricultural Economics or Public Administration. |

Selection Process
1. For the post of Research Assistant in Evaluation and Applied Research Department (Interview Post):- Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test in the form of an interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Oral Test taken together subject to the rule of reservation of appointment.
2. For the post Research Assistant in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Department (Non-Interview Post):- Selection will be made in a single stage, based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination subject to the rule of reservation of appointments.
How to Apply
Candidates can apply online only from 26.06.2023 to 25.07.2023 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
