SAIL Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semester, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute/University), in relevant Engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, and Mining.

Salary
The Management Trainees (Technical) will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs.50000-1,60,000/-/. On successful completion of training of one year, the Management Trainees (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 grade and place in the scale of pay of Rs.60,000-1,80,000/-

The selection process will be done through three stages:-
i) Computer Based Test (CBT)
ii) Group Discussion
iii) Interview

3) Then, proceed to the section specifically for Management Trainee Posts and click on the 'Apply' tab.
4) Once there, carefully read and follow the provided instructions to complete the application form. After submission, a unique identification number will be generated. Make sure to save this number for your records.
5) If there are any applicable fees, proceed to make the required payment.
6) After payment, download and print the receipt for the fees. This will serve as a reference for future use.
