Punjab National Bank has built some primary criteria that the aspirants need to fulfill to get permission to sit for the PNB SO examination. The SO has different posts like the manager and senior manager for the credit and law category. Aspirants from each section need to fulfill the basic criteria.
Senior manager (credit) under the grade of MMGS III

Age limit: The aspirants need to be at least 25 years of age to be eligible to apply. The maximum age limit is 37 years.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess a PGDM or an equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance from an AICTE recognized institute.
Manager (creditable) under MMGS II

Age limit: to sit for the exam you need to be between 25 and 35 years of age.

Educational Qualification: The aspirant must hold a PGFM or equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance, passing from an AICTE recognized institute.
Senior manager (law) under MMGS III

Age limit: The applicant age must stay between 28 and 35 years of age, with a minimum experience of about seven years.

Education qualification: The candidate needs to be a law graduate from a government-approved university.
Manager (law) under MMGS II

Age limit: The candidate’s age should lie between 25 and 32 years and must have at least three years of experience.

Educational Qualification: The aspirant must be a law graduate from a government-approved university.
Manager (HRD) under MMGS II

Age limit: The age restriction for this post is between 25 and 35 years.

Educational background: Full-time postgraduate or relevant degree in HR/HRD/Industrial relation/HRM.
The candidate needs to be an Indian student to be eligible to apply.
PNB SO Selection Process
The aspirants of PNB SO must be well aware of the selection method. It involves three phases.

Prelims: This is the 100 marks based stage one exam, that the candidate needs to qualify to be eligible for the mains.

Mains: The shortlisted candidates from the prelims, are directed to the 2nd stage of the PNB SO exam, i.e., the mains exam.
